This was an extremely eye-opening and educational course that helped me gain confidence in taking control of my acne. After six weeks I have noticed that my acne is less severe. Not only that, but I also know how to better address my acne problems effectively. I also noticed that my energy levels went up because of the dietary changes that we made during the course. One thing I also really liked about the course was that it was interactive via Facebook. Dr. Marilyn would post on it weekly and we were able to reach out to her on Facebook as well. Having that platform gave us another place to access handouts, recipes, and reminders she gave us and also allowed us to interact with her and other members of the course. This was such an awesome experience. Thank you Dr. Marilyn for being so positive, encouraging, and helpful!!!!

Overall I had a great experience! I saw a huge improvement in my active acne and now am working on clearing up the post acne discoloration. Not only did my acne improve but I saw an increase in my overall energy levels and happiness in life. My friends know the struggle I have been going through the past year with acne. When they saw my face and how clear it is looking, they all asked what changed? What medication was I taking etc.? When I explained there was no medication but changing simple things in my life, we all could not stop laughing. It can't be that easy right? With determination and taking the course seriously the results speak for themselves. I look forward to taking what I have learned and continuing to use it in my daily life moving forward.
